An operating system for auto transport brokers, United States
BlueMate builds and maintains TheCarGo for TheCarGo OS Inc., a Delaware corporation. The platform is live in production, serving brokerages across the US. TheCarGo OS Inc. owns the product and its intellectual property; BlueMate is its development partner and a shareholder.

- Where is BlueMate registered and based?
- A limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The whole team sits in Tashkent and every salary is paid here. Full registration data is in section 02.
- Do you take on new clients?
- Yes. We keep the team small and run a limited number of engagements at a time. If we cannot do the work well, we will tell you rather than take it.
- Are your voice agents available today?
- Our first deployment is in early access with one client in production. We build voice agents to order; there is no shelf product yet.
- Do you work outside Uzbekistan?
- Yes. Our production work to date has been for the US market. We work in English and Uzbek.
- Who owns the code you write?
- Settled in the contract before work begins. For client engagements the client owns the deliverable. Nothing is ambiguous by default.
